Terms of Service
Booking and Deposit
To secure your slot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is payable. Please pay your deposit within 24 hours from the time of booking to secure your slot. This deposit will be deducted from your total price. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the shoot. A confirmation email will then be sent to your provided email address. If you have any questions, please call or email us at tdmediabookings@gmail.com.
Premium Slots
Premium slots before 8:00 am and after 12:00 am are available at an extra fee of £50. This fee must be paid along with your deposit. For premium slots or out-of-hours availability, please contact us for further information.
Lateness Policy
We allow up to 20 minutes of lateness. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will likely be canceled, and you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit. Please ensure to arrive on time to avoid inconvenience.
Late Fee
A late fee will be charged for tardiness:
More than 15 minutes late with no prior communication: £20
More than 20 minutes late: £30 
Appointment cancellation may occur for delays exceeding 20 minutes. Please arrive prepared and on time for your appointment.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before your appointment. Failure to do so will require a new deposit for a new appointment.
Cancellations must be notified no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to abide by this policy will result in blacklisting from further appointments. Last-minute cancellations, consistent lateness, and no-shows will also result in blacklisting.
